We partner with founder-led and developing platforms that demonstrate traction but lack institutional structure. Our involvement centers on helping operators mature into durable enterprises through long-term alignment, CEO development, and preparing businesses for sustainable scale rather than short-term valuation.

We make concentrated investments in public securities with an ownership mentality, focusing on thematic, contrarian, and income-producing positions. These positions may also serve as a strategic hedge overlay for our operating businesses, providing portfolio balance, flexibility, and liquidity across market cycles.
